Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ZmShop, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned. Please read our policy below regarding cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order strictly before it has been shipped.

• Before Shipping: If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at support@zmai.cc. If the order has not left our warehouse, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
• After Shipping: Once a tracking number has been generated or the package has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You will need to wait until you receive the package and proceed with a return.

2. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of hygiene and safety regarding jewelry products, we uphold a strict standard for returns.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the protective seal intact.
• Used or altered jewelry products cannot be returned for quality and authenticity reasons.

To initiate a return, please email us with your Order Number and photos of the condition of the item.

3. Refunds Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

• We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the product's condition.
• If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund immediately at no extra cost to you.
